Clients are responsible for contacting their insurance company to obtain authorization, co-pay, deductible and benefit period information. You must verify eligibility and benefits before your appointment. If your insurance company requires authorization, please provide authorization number, the number of sessions approved and dates of authorization at your initial appointment. If you have questions regarding in-network or out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits, please call your insurance company.

Form Completion

Recommendation letters, forms for schools, disability forms, and letters to employers are not billable to your insurance company and must be paid out of pocket.
Life Coaching
$165 (45-55 minute session)
Life coaching sessions are designed to help you execute and achieve personal objectives such as choosing or changing careers, improving relationships, setting goals, and/or determining priorities.
Board Certified Telemental Health Counseling
$165 (45-55 minute session)
Telemental Health Counseling addresses traditional behavioral healthcare through technological means. Board certified professionals have met nationally established telemental health criteria.

Adult Counseling addresses the emotional, social, work, school and physical health concerns adults may have at different stages in their lives, focusing on life stressors and other severe issues with which people may struggle as individuals.
Pre-Marital/Couples Counseling
$165 (45-55 minute session)
Pre-Marital counseling is available for couples who would like to discuss communication, religion, parenting, finances, and family.
Couples Counseling is available for those who are experiencing issues that seem irreparable which can be caused by financial issues, infidelity, abuse, ineffective communication, work life demands, etc.
Phone Consultation
$40 (15 minutes)
In special situations clients may schedule a phone session or consultation. Out-of-pocket phone consultation fees apply when the client does not have a scheduled phone session but requests a phone call on ANY topic. This time is not billable to your insurance company.
Adolescent Counseling
$165 (45-55 minute session)
Adolescence describes the teenage years between 13 and 19. The sessions help teens cope with the transitional stage from childhood to adulthood.
Family Counseling
$165 (45 -55 minute session)
Family therapy helps family members improve communication and resolve conflicts. These sessions can teach skills to deepen family connections and get through stressful times.
Support Groups
$60 (55 minute session)
Supports Groups are designed to provide emotional help, advice, and encouragement to individuals sharing similar experiences and concerns. The following groups sessions are offered based on demand.
